The new three level, 423-space Concord parking facility is already a downtown landmark. Its façade demonstrates BSA's commitment to community context. The design succesfully reinforces the adjacent Foskett & Elworth Building completed in 1911. The facility offers a pedestrian friendly, tree lined atmosphere that connects with the town’s own Paseo.
