The new 16,000 sf City Hall and Council Chambers will serve as a central hub for city services, public assembly, and emergency operations center. The city's Historical Society will be located in the tower with adjacent gallery space. The plaza in front of the new facility will also be used to host public events and farmers markets. This project was part of the original Civic Center Master Plan, also by BSA Architects.
