These new residences at the Alpensia Golf Resort are planned around a Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course at the base of an Olympic Village bid site. Multiple variations of each floor plan were designed for the 214 single-family and 186 condominium resort residences. These luxury homes were sited in order to take advantage of fairway and mountain views.
