The Resort at Squaw Creek Phase II will transform the resort's entry and redefine its architectural character. The new 675,000 sf development consists of a 350,000 sf mid-rise containing whole ownership condominiums, twenty four 3,000 sf townhomes located along an existing golf course, and a 700 car parking garage. The mid-rise building is inspired by the grand hotels of Europe and North America.
