The Resort at Squaw Creek
The Resort at Squaw Creek, Phase II, is a 675,000 square foot development consisting of four primary components: a 350,000 square foot high-rise building containing whole-ownership condominiums and their related amenities; twenty-four, 3,000 square foot Town Houses located along an existing championship golf course; a 700 car parking garage; and employee housing for up to 50 year round residents. The project, working within existing entitlements, will transform the resort’s entry and redefine its architectural character. The high-rise building is inspired by the great outdoor hotels in Europe and North America including the Banff Springs Hotel in British Columbia, Yosemite National Park’s Ahwahnee, and the Mount Washington Hotel in New Hampshire.
